The IOWN Global Forum is pleased to serve as a co-sponsor of the 2026 OCP APAC Summit, taking place 11–12 August 2026 at TaiNEX 2 in Taipei City, Taiwan.
Hosted by the Open Compute Project (OCP), this two-day, in-person event will bring together APAC communities to explore key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of data center infrastructure. The Summit will showcase technical advancements and innovations from around the world, with insights from experts working to design, build, and operate next-generation hyperscale data center facilities and infrastructure.
Masahisa Kawashima, IOWN Global Forum Technology Working Group Chair; IOWN Technology Director, NTT, Inc., will present the keynote, The AI Computing Continuum: Extending AI from Data Center to the User, on 11 August 2026.
Forum Members will also participate in the AI Computing Continuum Session on 12 August 2026. This is a collaborative initiative to enable AI workloads across distributed environments, connecting centralized data centers, regional facilities, enterprise sites, and edge locations through high-performance infrastructure.
