- Log into Salesforce Platform.
- Click on your profile icon at the top right.
- Click “My Account”.
- Search for the user in the Manage Users page.
- Click on the “Activate/Deactivate” dial button.
- A popup will ask “Are you sure you want to deactivate this user?”, click “Ok”.
- The page will reload and the user will not show as “Inactive” in the list.
NOTE: Repeat the same process if you would like to activate a previously active user.
